    With every job we undertake, we aim to be as open and honest with our service as is possible. At every stage of the job we will always keep you informed of the progress so far. We will always be open and transparent with the cost of the job and give you a breakdown of the cost for every aspect of the job. Finally, we will explain every action undertaken on the job to give you a clear picture of the job’s process.

    We find that clear and easy to understand communication to be one of if not the most important aspect of our service. We will always communicate with you in plain English and not in technical jargon. We will also always take the time to talk with you through every question or concern you may have and the job you would like us to undertake.

    We have 5+ years of experience in the IT service & support industry, 8+ years of experience building desktop computers, university level qualifications in Information Technology. We have completed hundreds of jobs for clients in the past regarding hardware, software, internet issues, and more. Chances are, if there’s an issue with a home computer, we have seen and fixed something similar!

Ryan Jones

Ryan started Prospecting IT in late 2025 after completing his Diploma in Information Technology at Victoria University. Ryan has over 5+ years working in the IT service & support industry. He is skilled in hardware repair, software and application troubleshooting and support, building desktop computers, and programming in PHP, C#, and Python. He is passionate about computer networking and programming and enjoys programming and refurbishing technology in his spare time. Ryan is our technician who primarily attends onsite appointments and performs workshop jobs.
