Hardware Repairs
We have over 5 years of experience in repairing hardware for laptops, desktops and gaming consoles. If you have a device in need of repair we are more than happy to help you fix it. Outlined below is our process to repair hardware issues
1.
Assess the device
Either through a photo or by physical examination we will first assess the device to see what needs to be done to fix it.
2.
Quote to repair
Once we have assessed the device, we will then proceed to give you a quote over the phone, in person or by email.
If you agree to this quote, we will proceed with ordering the parts (if they are required for the repairs) and arrange to proceed with the repair.
3.
Repairing the device
As we proceed with the repair we will keep you informed at every step of the process.
4.
Completion of the repair
Once the repair is complete we will then deliver the computer back to you and show you the completed job. We will then provide you with a digital invoice detailing the process of the repair.
Important Information
It is strongly recommended that a backup of your data be created before the service is commenced. If you are unsure of how to proceed with backing up your data we can help you with the process before or during the service.
As part of the quote to fix your issue we will provide you with an estimated turn around time for the completion of your job. Due to the nature of IT hardware issues however, there is always the chance that this time period may have to be extended if the repair takes longer than predicted. If this occurs we will keep you updated and inform you of the progress of the service and will aim to complete the service as soon as possible.
